Issue: Cannot Send or Receive Emails
- Check your internet connection to ensure you are online.
- Verify account settings:
- Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- Select your account and click Change to verify the incoming and outgoing server settings.
- Check for large attachments:
- Go to the Outbox folder and check for any large emails stuck in the queue.
- Delete or resize the attachment and try resending.
- Update Outlook:
- Go to File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now to ensure Outlook is up to date.
- Repair Outlook:
- Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- Select Microsoft Office and click Change > Quick Repair.
