Issue: Cannot Send or Receive Emails

  1. Check your internet connection to ensure you are online.
  2. Verify account settings:
    • Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
    • Select your account and click Change to verify the incoming and outgoing server settings.
  3. Check for large attachments:
    • Go to the Outbox folder and check for any large emails stuck in the queue.
    • Delete or resize the attachment and try resending.
  4. Update Outlook:
    • Go to File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now to ensure Outlook is up to date.
  5. Repair Outlook:
    • Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
    • Select Microsoft Office and click Change > Quick Repair.
