Resolving OneDrive Sync Issues

  • Check your internet connection to ensure you are online.
  • Restart OneDrive:
    • Right-click the OneDrive icon in the system tray and select Close OneDrive.
    • Reopen OneDrive from the Start menu.
  • Check for sync errors:
    • Right-click the OneDrive icon and select View sync problems.
    • Follow the prompts to resolve any listed issues.
  • Re-sync OneDrive:
    • Right-click the OneDrive icon and select Settings.
    • Go to the Account tab and click Unlink this PC.
    • Re-sign in to OneDrive and set up syncing again.
