Resolving OneDrive Sync Issues
Check your internet connection to ensure you are online.
Restart OneDrive:
- Right-click the OneDrive icon in the system tray and select Close OneDrive.
- Reopen OneDrive from the Start menu.
Check for sync errors:
- Right-click the OneDrive icon and select View sync problems.
- Follow the prompts to resolve any listed issues.
Re-sync OneDrive:
- Right-click the OneDrive icon and select Settings.
- Go to the Account tab and click Unlink this PC.
- Re-sign in to OneDrive and set up syncing again.
