Uploading and Sharing Files
Open the SharePoint site where you want to upload a file.Navigate to the Document Library or folder where the file should be uploaded.Click on Upload and choose Files or Folder from the dropdown menu.Select the file(s) or folder from your computer and click Open.To share a file, select the file and click Share.Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the file with.Choose the appropriate permissions (view or edit).Click Send to share the file.
