Sharing Files with External Users
Select the file or folder you want to share in OneDrive.Click Share.In the sharing dialog, click on the dropdown arrow next to Anyone with the link.Set the permissions (e.g., view, edit) and choose whether to allow downloading.Enter the email address of the external user you want to share the file with.Click Send to share the file. The external user will receive an email with a link to the file.
