Resetting Password in Azure AD

  • Log in to the Office 365 portal using your web browser: https://portal.office.com.
  • Click on "Can't access your account?" if you can't log in.
  • Choose Work or school account.
  • Enter your username (usually your email address) and the characters you see on the screen.
  • Click Next.
  • Choose how you want to receive the verification code (email or SMS).
  • Enter the verification code you received.
  • Enter your new password and confirm it.
  • Click Finish to reset your password.
