Printer Not Connecting
Check the printer connection:
- Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to the network.
- If using a USB connection, check that the cable is securely plugged in.
Restart the printer and your computer.
Check printer status in Windows:
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select your printer and click Open queue.
- Ensure the printer is not set to Offline.
Reinstall the printer driver:
- In the Printers & scanners settings, remove the printer and then click Add a printer or scanner to reinstall it.
- Follow the prompts to reinstall the printer driver.
Test the printer by printing a test page.
