Printer Not Connecting

  • Check the printer connection:
    • Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to the network.
    • If using a USB connection, check that the cable is securely plugged in.
  • Restart the printer and your computer.
  • Check printer status in Windows:
    • Open Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
    • Select your printer and click Open queue.
    • Ensure the printer is not set to Offline.
  • Reinstall the printer driver:
    • In the Printers & scanners settings, remove the printer and then click Add a printer or scanner to reinstall it.
    • Follow the prompts to reinstall the printer driver.
  • Test the printer by printing a test page.
