Collaborating in Real-Time
Open the document you want to collaborate on in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.Click on Share in the top-right corner of the application.Enter the email addresses of the people you want to collaborate with.Set the permissions (e.g., edit, view) and click Send.Your collaborators will receive an email invitation to edit the document.You can all work on the document simultaneously, and changes will be synced in real-time.
