Microsoft Teams Not Syncing

  1. Check your internet connection to ensure you are online.
  2. Log out and log back in to Teams:
    • Click on your profile picture and select Sign out.
    • Close Teams completely and reopen it, then log in again.
  3. Clear Teams cache:
    • Close Teams.
    • Navigate to %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams on your computer.
    • Delete all files in the Cache folder.
    • Reopen Teams.
  4. Check for updates:
    • Click on your profile picture and select Check for updates.
    • Install any available updates and restart Teams.
  5. Reinstall Teams if the issue persists.
