Creating Fillable PDF Forms

  • Open Foxit PDF Editor and load the PDF you want to turn into a form.
  • Click on Form in the toolbar.
  • Choose the form field type you want to add:
    • Text Field: Click Text Field and then click where you want to place it.
    • Checkbox: Select Checkbox and place it accordingly.
    • Dropdown: Choose Dropdown and define the list items.
  • Customize the properties of each form field by right-clicking on it and selecting Properties.
  • Once the form fields are added, save the document by clicking File > Save As.
